We know sometimes things just don't work out, but that's why we are here! WE OFFER FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES! Please review our full return policy below & please understand before reading the return policy that we are a small business!

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Starting November 19th, purchases made from November 19th to December 31st have until January 10th for a full refund or exchange for their order. If your purchase is made outside of that time frame it will have to abide to our standard return policy found below

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund (minus shipping fees).
Summer Dreams Boutique will gladly accept all returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, defective merchandise or visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. with all original tags on for full refund credit within 14 days of stated delivery date. For store credit, items can be returned within 30 days. Anything longer than 30 days from the delivery date can not be returned OR exchanged for any credit. Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale no exceptions. Shoe boxes need to be placed in the same package, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. Shoe boxes returned damaged or taped will not be accepted.


HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
  • To return your item simply email: info@shopsummerdreams.com with your order number and item name and why you are returning the item. As soon as we receive your item we'll issue a refund back to your original card payment or store credit. Store credit will be issue via e-gift card.
  • Please allow up to 2-3 business day for approval or denial of a return request. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
  • If your request is denied and you have further questions, kindly email info@shopsummerdreams.com for more details.
*Please do not send your return back without emailing us first. We will provide a return label for you to start your return via email. Our fulfillment center WILL NOT receive returns and your items will get lost. SUMMER DREAMS BOUTIQUE is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address.*
SUMMER DREAMS BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any lost in transit or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS here https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or with your local police department. 
Original shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
 
Non-Returnable Items
  • ALL ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY, SALE ITEMS, BRALETTES & BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE & MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR EITHER A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. 

Adjustment Policy
We do not offer adjustments on previous purchases. If you purpose a full priced item during a non-sale period, you can not request an adjustment. All discounted items must be purchased with a discount code or during a sale period.
