What's your Return/Refund/Exchange Policy?

How can I return my order?
If your items fall under the allotted return policy time, please visit our our return policy page here.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order via the tracking number that was sent. Please note that once the tracking number has been distributed Summer Dreams Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders placed before 3pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after shipping cut off time will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 3pm will ship on Monday.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
Please contact us at info@shopsummerdreams.com right away and we will be able to assist you.
The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?
If an item is out of stock you are able to sign up to be notified when it is back in stock. This option is only available for items that will be restocked only. Also, please feel free to reach out to us at info@shopsummerdreams.com if you would like to request items to be stocked.
What if I need to change my shipping address?

I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Dreamy babes must input all discount codes at the time of checkout. Our system does not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed, and it does not allow us to apply a discount code to a previous order.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, AfterPay, G Pay, Shop Pay and all major credit/debit cards.
I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?
We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please contact info@shopsummerdreams.com with a snapshot of the product and packing slip/ invoice that was included with your order and we will assist you as soon as possible.
I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact info@shopsummerdreams.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
Kindly check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” to find out why it might have been delayed. Once tracking information has been distributed Summer Dreams Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
