HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Starting November 19th, purchases made from November 19th to December 31st have until January 10th for a full refund or exchange for their order. If your purchase is made outside of that time frame it will have to abide to our standard return policy found below

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund (minus shipping fees).
Summer Dreams Boutique will gladly accept all returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, defective merchandise or visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. with all original tags on for full refund credit within 14 days of stated delivery date. For store credit, items can be returned within 30 days. Anything longer than 30 days from the delivery date can not be returned OR exchanged for any credit. Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale no exceptions. Shoe boxes need to be placed in the same package, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. Shoe boxes returned damaged or taped will not be accepted.


HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
  • To return your item simply email: info@shopsummerdreams.com with your order number and item name and why you are returning the item. As soon as we receive your item we'll issue a refund back to your original card payment or store credit. Store credit will be issue via e-gift card.
  • Please allow up to 2-3 business day for approval or denial of a return request. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
  • If your request is denied and you have further questions, kindly email info@shopsummerdreams.com for more details.
*Please do not send your return back without emailing us first. We will provide a return label for you to start your return via email. Our fulfillment center WILL NOT receive returns and your items will get lost. SUMMER DREAMS BOUTIQUE is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address.*
SUMMER DREAMS BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any lost in transit or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS here https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or with your local police department. 
Original shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

  • ALL ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY, SALE ITEMS, BRALETTES & BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE & MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR EITHER A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. 

Adjustment Policy
We do not offer adjustments on previous purchases. If you purpose a full priced item during a non-sale period, you can not request an adjustment. All discounted items must be purchased with a discount code or during a sale period.

We are so happy to offer FREE Shipping on all U.S Orders over $100 & FREE local pick up for Long Island residents.

  • We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing time from time of purchase for updates on tracking.
  • We currently offer shipping rates by weight in line with current shipping rates via the shipping carrier. Meaning that shipping rates are based on the weight of the order via the shipping carrier. All pricing varies from USPS & UPS.
  • Delivery time does not include weekends! There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, COV-ID and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
  • If you need to return or exchange a product, shipping will not be refunded

Summer Dreams Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS, UPS or with your local police department.

Common Questions:

How long after placing my order will it be shipped?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are shipped within 1 - 3 business days of purchase.

Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a USPS or UPS  tracking number, which can be used to track the progress of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time your order was initially placed for the tracking information to be made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends.

I received a wrong/damaged item in my order?
Oh no! We are so sorry! Please email info@shopsummerdreams.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the wrong/damaged item received so our team can review the matter.

  • Please note all order discrepancies must be reported to our customer service team within 5 days of delivery. Claims sent past this time frame will be denied.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Please check your spam folder! If your invoice or shipping confirmation email does not appear please contact info@shopsummerdrema.com with the last name associated with your order or your order number so our customer service team can assist you accordingly.

  • Please note it is the customers responsibility to correctly input their information at checkout.


How do I change my shipping address?
Shipping address inquiries must be emailed to info@shopsummerdreams.com within 5 hours of submitting an order. However, once an order is submitted online & shipped, we cannot guarantee address change requests.

Can I cancel my order?
Should you no longer want your order, you are responsible for emailing info@shopsummerdreams.com to notify us of such cancellation within 5 hours of submitting your order. However, once an order is submitted online & shipped, we cannot guarantee its cancellation.If your order has already been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to cancel your order & you will need to submit a return request

Can I place an order for local pickup?
If you live locally and need your order ASAP, we offer local pick up. Send us an email at info@shopsummerdreams.com to arrange a pickup time with the subject line *local pickup order# and your name.* Orders can be ready for pick up as soon as they’re placed. If you need the order within 2 hours please ensure to email us, if not, all local orders will be ready for pick up within 24 hours of your order being placed.
